chocolate mousse fried rice (with programmable pressure cooker or pot GM C)



Ingredients (4 servings) basmati rice
  • (4 measures)
  • Water (5 measures) peeled prawns
  • well drained 2 eggs 2 carrots
  • pieces garlic (can be powdered)
  • Onion ( can also be powdered) Salt
  • Soy Sauce Sweet and sour sauce (once served)
  • Oil (to cook the rice, then for the tortilla and fry the carrot)
As rice is a has no fat, we must be generous with the oil or is very stupid.


Preparation

With pressure cooker

  • Putting heat oil and add garlic if it is natural and then the onion to soften, then add water part soy sauce and if you take heat add the rice.
  • Once the ring up one level (only one ring) to lower the heat to low and let the heat source on three minutes.
  • After depressurizing it away and leave by itself.
  • In an omelet pan, then remove and sauté the carrots and when empuiece to brown add the prawns.
  • The rice will add the cut tortilla chips, shrimp and carrots, the rest of the soy sauce and removermos.

With programmable pot (GM C or Cocimix)
  • Connect the pot and add oil, and put the beaten eggs to make an omelette. Remove excess oil draining well being within the basin.
  • Now put the carrots into small pieces and fry, now add the shrimp and sauté well.
  • Remove everything in the bucket.
  • Connect the pot and put a little heated oil, then garlic if you use natural and then the onion to soften, then water, part of the rice soy sauce and salt. If you use garlic and onion powder all at once will not fry anything. Menu rice. After leaving pressurize by itself. Add
