now constantly talks about the Cuban doctors serving in Venezuela, no analysis of all kinds. This is nothing new, Cuba has always received payments for Cuban doctors who have worked and working abroad. In the early 80's, Cuba received payments for dislocated doctors in other countries, except those who were in Angola, Ethiopia and Nicaragua (I was in Nicaragua) this we reported in this country when we work there. There is, or was, Cuban doctors in Costa Rica even though this country had no diplomatic relations with Cuba, and received payments as they do in Venezuela. I believe that now plays more the issue to the possibility that many of these doctors are tributaries to receive a visa or parole in the United States government and many have defected. Of course if deserts the family is held hostage and they will know ... with dictatorships do not play.
