The Sorhegui crazy.
Centro Habana, Havana, February 17, 2011, (PD) In the municipality of El Cotorro is the Psychiatric Hospital " Roberto Sorhegui "Valdez, popularly known as Las Penas. A hell of a lot smaller than Mazorra, but that just has stories of neglect, malnutrition and lack of professionalism by its employees.

Still have friends working there, that nothing has changed and the way it goes, nothing will change. Still there are thefts of food and medicine and neglect by nurses and doctors to patients.
As my job was to peel the sick, I could move easily in the Sorhegui, which allowed me to see how the patients walked barefoot in the hospital all day. Ironically, when visitors came from the Ministry of Health, shoes, (all the same number) and new clothes, appeared as if by magic.
Cuca, a hospital patient, constantly in his gibberish announced he was dying of hunger. Not resist the shoes that you put as these were too tight and throw out the window, which caused laughter unhealthy nurses and doctors.
A Nuri, another patient, a young girl her father raped her repeatedly, which sharpened his mental retardation. Because of this, Nuri brutally beat his mother, so that the interned. At small hospital in El Cotorro, to be the living mirror of Mazorra, just lacks the mass deaths that occurred there a year ago.
